Can’t Find an Exact Match? If you can’t find a suitable profile, we can also develop a custom extrusion based on your drawing or required dimensions. With our extensive tooling and manufacturing experience, custom extrusion die costs are typically competitive.
Send us your drawing or requirements, and we’ll help you find the right solution.
The profiles shown in this library are based on our existing tooling resources. Tooling condition, current production availability, exact dimensions, and project suitability are confirmed during quotation.
It may. If an existing tool can be used directly for your project, new die development may not be required. Final tooling requirements depend on the profile, tolerances, quantity, and production specifications.
The basic extruded cross-section is determined by the extrusion die and normally cannot be freely changed. However, some dimensions or features may be modified through cutting or CNC machining. If significant cross-section changes are required, a new extrusion die may be more appropriate.
For a step-by-step approach to comparing width, height, base thickness, fin geometry, and machining requirements, see our guide on how to choose a heat sink extrusion profile.
Yes. Extruded profiles can be supplied cut to the required length, subject to project tolerances and manufacturing review.
Yes. We provide secondary CNC machining including drilling, tapping, milling, slots, pockets, mounting features, and interface machining.
Common options include mill finish, clear anodizing, black anodizing, powder coating, and conversion coating. Other finishes can be evaluated according to your specification.

If you already know the profile number, send us the XHS number together with the required length, quantity, machining details, surface finish, tolerances, and drawing if available.
If you do not know which profile to use, send us your target dimensions or existing drawing and we can help identify a suitable starting point.
Yes. If no existing profile is suitable, we can review your drawing or thermal and mechanical requirements and evaluate a custom extrusion design.
Send us the profile number you are interested in, or upload your drawing and dimensions.
We can help determine whether an existing extrusion can be used or whether a custom profile would be more suitable for your project.
