We maintain a large inventory of existing extrusion tooling, which can reduce tooling time and speed up production for suitable projects. That means we can sometimes skip the tooling stage and jump straight into production.
Production lead time is typically 1–4 weeks with existing tooling, depending on the product, quantity, machining, and finishing requirements.
For orders requiring a custom heat sink mold, tooling development and sample approval are usually required. We can also work on that quickly.
